At  bro we want you to feel confident when buying our bull riding gear, work shirts, stock whips and chaps. If something isn’t right we’ll help you sort it out quickly and fairly.

Returns & Exchanges

Items can be returned or exchanged at the next rodeo we attend.

If you can’t make it to a rodeo, contact us for an alternative option.

Products must be in original condition (unused, unwashed and with tags if applicable).

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or becomes defective within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us so that we can organise a repair, replacement or refund.
